Cancellation Policy

For Custom AI & Web Development Services:

  • You may cancel a project before the work begins for a full refund.
  • Once the project has started, cancellations are subject to the work completed. A partial refund may be issued based on the project progress.
  • If the project is 50% or more complete, no refunds will be provided.

For AI-Based Products (e.g., N8N, Workflow Scripts):

  • AI-based products have fixed prices and can be canceled before purchase.
  • Once purchased, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy.

Refund Policy

For Custom AI & Web Development Services:

  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service agreement and work completed.
  • If work has been completed per agreed milestones, no refunds will be issued.

For AI-Based Products (e.g., N8N, Workflow Scripts):

  • You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product does not meet expectations or does not function as described.
  • To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason and proof of issues faced with the product.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Incorrect implementation due to third-party modifications.
    • Products that have been used beyond minor testing.
